Terms & Conditions
1.Fastmedcare will involve one time registration with a non-refundable deposit.
2. If there are any a un-toward events uncertainties involved in the patient conditions, post registration the deposit amount will not be returned/refunded.
3. If at our staff visit your assistance, if you cancel him from Gowri staff and contact him directly for further assistance without our knowledge.We have all the rights to take action against you.
4. If the home nurse need to be absent on any personal emergency then Fastmedcare will provide replacement with sufficient training to handle the patient .
5. If the nursing staff undergo any uncomfortable situation and we receive any complaints we will not support with any services for such homes.
6.When on duty will only provide nursing services. they are not meant to be doing any additional household work.
7. Any extra work that the nursing support does at the patient house must be done with consent and understanding with the nurses.Fastmedcare care will not be involved in this conversation.
8. While Fastmedcare Care does background check and collect personal identification of all nursing Staff we would request the patients family to take care and security of any / all valuables and belonging at their residence Fastmedcare will not be responsible for any / all lose of belongings at their residence.
9. Parents family should refrain from sharing important informations of money transactions,ATM Password/Online Banking Password with the nursing staff, Fastmedcare will not be responsible for any misuse of such informations.
10. For any reason if the family choose to discontinue nursing services from and yet continue to take service from the same staff(without any consent of Fastmedcare we are not responsible for any enforcing situations.
11. Fastmedcare provides nursing staff and will only be responsible for the performance of the staff towards patients care and well being.
12. Unfortunately, if patient die before 15 days, then advanced payment will be non-refundable.
